No tenemos que fingir que el camino siempre es fácil.
La esperanza nos recuerda que no caminamos solos.

The same service.
A shared understanding.
A visitor learning the local language. A family who reads more easily in another. Captions give people another way to follow, while the congregation worships together.
Hope reminds us that
we do not walk alone.

The practical questions, answered.
What equipment do we need?
A laptop or desktop with a modern browser, a microphone or sound-desk audio input, and a stable internet connection. Viewers use their own phones or tablets. For the room, use a connected TV or projector. The sound setup guide walks through the audio options.
Do congregation members need an app or account?
No. They open the event link or scan its QR code, choose a caption language, and follow in their browser. The people setting up and running your church’s services use an account.
Which languages can people read?
SermonBridge offers 47 caption languages. Each viewer chooses their own. The language of the captions is separate from the language spoken during the service. See the full caption language list.
How accurate are the captions?
Captions and translations are generated automatically and can contain mistakes, especially with names, Bible references, accents, or unclear audio. Use a clear audio feed, check the spoken language, and rehearse with your own sermon material. Treat the captions as a communication aid.
Can we show captions on a projector?
Yes. Presentation mode gives you a large caption view for a tablet, TV, or projector. Choose the language for that screen. People following on their own devices can choose other languages.
Does this caption uploaded sermon videos?
This page is about live captions during a service. SermonBridge receives the spoken audio while the service is happening; it is not an upload-and-edit tool for recorded sermon videos.
What does the pilot cost?
The church pilot is free, with no payment card needed. Visit pricing for the current pilot details and plans. Start with a rehearsal so you can see how it works for your congregation.
What happens to the audio?
Live audio is streamed to our speech and translation provider for processing. SermonBridge does not save the audio. Generated caption text is stored for a limited period. Read the privacy policy for processing, retention, and deletion details.
